NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

Notice is hereby given that final settlement will be made on or about June 3rd, 2026 on Contract C-12272 for R24-126DS Grey Hawk Park Playground Design & Installation between the City of Colorado Springs and Just Be You, Inc. dba Star Playgrounds of Littleton, Colorado.
