Notice of Final PaymentNotice is hereby given that Apeiron Utility Construction, the Contractor for the Persigo Wastewater Treatment Plant Internal Fiber Optic Installation Project (#5571-25-DD), has completed the work and that the work has been accepted by the City of Grand Junction.Notice is further given that final payment for the work will be made to the Contractor on or after, June 8, 2026, at least thirty days after the first publication of this notice.All persons having claims for labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender, or other supplies used or consumed by the Contractor, or a subcontractor shall file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim to the City of Grand Junction prior to the date specified.
