To: Derek Glenn Lawrence, whose whereabouts are unknown, and to all other interested persons:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nancy Lee Lawrence passed away on January 28, 2026, in Denver, Colorado.

An estate proceeding has been or will be initiated in the appropriate Probate Court in the State of Colorado for the administration of the Decedent's estate. The undersigned has filed, or intends to file, a petition for appointment as Personal Representative of the Estate of Nancy Lee Lawrence.
Derek Glenn Lawrence is believed to be an heir and/or interested person in the Decedent's estate. Despite reasonable efforts, his current whereabouts remain unknown.
