NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Bayfield Board of Trustees shall hold a public hearing concerning the following request:
•	A request from Pine Valley Foursquare Church and Hope Community Christian Academy, applicants for the Hope Community Christian Academy Use by Review.   
•	The location of the property is 1332 CR 501, Bayfield.  
•	The applicant is proposing a private school to be located on the property. 
Due to an appeal of the Bayfield Planning Commission's decision to approve the Use by Review request at its January 13th 2026 meeting, the public hearing is to be held before the Board of Trustees on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 6:30pm or as soon as possible thereafter.
The public hearing shall be held at Bayfield Town Hall, 1199 Bayfield Parkway, Bayfield, Colorado, or at such other time or place in the event this hearing is adjourned.  Further information is available through the Town of Bayfield at (970) 884-9544.
