Pre‑Application Legal Notice of Application to the Colorado Division of Housing (DOH)
DW Development Group will submit an application to the Colorado Division of Housing (DOH). The purpose of this application is to request $2,500,000 to develop 50 rental units at 1300 Colorado Blvd, Idaho Springs, CO 80452. The request of funding from DOH is to benefit persons with low incomes by increasing the availability of affordable housing in Miner Street Apartments. It is not the intent to cause displacement from any existing housing, and no displacement is anticipated as part of the proposed new construction project; however, if displacement were to occur, reasonable housing alternatives shall be offered.
