NOTICE Notice is hereby given that there has been regularly filed with the Board of Directors of the Henrylyn Irrigation District, a petition for the Perpetual Water Transfer of the following described lands, held in freehold by the persons whose names appear opposite to the described land, towit: Meadow Ridge Holdings LLC - owners in fee of 36.45+1.71 bonded acres within the District generally described as Pt SW1/4, Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M, Weld County, Colorado, petition for the permanent transfer of 36.45+1.71 bonded acres to Kenneth D. Bollers- Pt SE1/4SE1/4, Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. Notice is further given that the petition for the perpetual transfer of bonded acres in the District will be heard by the Board of Directors of the Henrylyn Irrigation District, at a meeting to be held in the office of the District, at Keenesburg, Weld County, Colorado, at 3:00 p.m. on June 4th 2026, or at a continuance of said meeting. At the time and place mentioned in this notice, or at the time or times to which the hearing of said petition mentioned herein may be adjourned, the Board of Directors of the Henrylyn Irrigation District will hear the petitio for perpetual transfer of bonded acres, and all thereof and all objections thereof presented in writing by any person, or otherwise, showing cause, if any there be, why the prayer of said petition, or any thereof, should not be granted.
