Planning Commission: June 2, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Board of Trustees: June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held at the Kersey Town Hall, 446 1st Street, Kersey, Colorado. The property proposed for annexation consists of approximately 49.499 acres located in portions of the East Half of Section 22 and the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, generally located northeast of the intersection of Weld County Road 56 and U.S. Highway 34.
