NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the liquor laws of the State of Colorado, Red Hotel Fund, LLC dba The Red Hotel, whose Managing Members are Krista Wallace, Ezekiel Freeman, Rob Adams, Margaret Adams, Chadley Wallace, and Amy Freeman, whose address is 2 W. Dry Creek Circle, Suite 100, Littleton, CO 80120 has filed an application on March 6, 2026 to the Licensing Officials of the Town of Morrison to grant a New Lodging and Facility Liquor License at 205 Bear Creek Avenue, Morrison, Colorado, 80465.
A Public Hearing on this application will be held before the Morrison Liquor Licensing Authority to consider approval of such application on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it can be heard, at the Morrison Town Hall, 110 Stone Street, Morrison, Colorado. At said time and place, any interested persons may appear to be heard for or against the granting of this license.
