Notice is hereby given that the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 24, 2026, in Conference Room C on the third floor of the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment, 101 West 9th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003.
 
Said Public Hearing shall be to consider revisions to the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment Board of Health On-site Wastewater Treatment System Regulation VIII. A copy of the draft revised regulations may be obtained by visiting the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment webpage at: www.pueblohealth.org, or by calling the Environmental Health Division at (719) 583-4307.
 
All interested persons are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing and present testimony and evidence pertinent to these proposed revisions. Any comment to be read into the record may be made at this time.
