NOTICE is hereby given of a public meeting of the City Council of the City of Rifle, Colorado on May 6, 2026 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers at Rifle City Hall, 202 Railroad Avenue, Rifle, Colorado, for the purpose of considering the adoption of Ordinance No. 7, Series of 2026 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIFLE, COLORADO, APPROVING THEVACATION OF A PORTION OF FAIRWAY AVENUE SOUTH OF SUMMITDRIVE WITHIN THE CITY.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file at the office of the City Clerk and may be inspected during regular business hours. The entire ordinance is available in full at www.rifleco.org. At the May 20, 2026 City Council meeting, consideration will be given to the final passage of the ordinance. This notice is given and published by order of the Rifle City Council.
