NOTICE OF INTENT TO ABANDON
It is the intention of Autism Project of Palm Beach County, Inc. to petition the Board of County Commissioners to vacate, abandon, discontinue, and close a portion of a 3-foot-wide right-of-way, approximately 636 square feet ofland, lying north of the 60-foot-wide Church Street right-of-way as dedicated by CMB 11 PG 364 and to renounce and disclaim any easement of right-of-way to the County and the public in and to any land in connection therewith, pursuant to Section VII of the Abandonment Ordinance 86-18 and Chapter 177 Florida Statues.
