OF BETHUNE-VOLUSIA BEACH,
UNIT 3 OF 7 UNITS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that Evelyn E. Belitz and Gregory Joseph Belitz, will on the 2nd day of June, 2026, to be heard no sooner than 9:30 A.M. in the County Council Meeting Room, Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 West Indiana Avenue, DeLand, Florida, petition the County Council of Volusia County, Florida, to vacate all or that portion of Bethune-Volusia Beach, Unit 3 of 7 Units, as recorded in Map Book 11, Page 157, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, DeLand, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
THAT PORTION OF 11TH STREET LYING NORTH OF THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF DAYTONA AVENUE NORTH, PLAT (ALSO KNOWN AS ENGRAM ROAD) HAVING A 50.00 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF BETHUNE-VOLUSIA BEACH UNIT 3 OF 7 UNITS, RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 11, PAGE 157, LOCATED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND LYING SOUTH OF CENTRAL AVENUE (ALSO KNOW AS TURTLE MOUND ROAD / COUNTY ROAD A1A) HAVING A 100.00 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY, AS SHOWN ON THE STATE OF FLORIDA RIGHT OF WAY MAP SECTION NUMBER 79130-2104,
Petitioner asserts that it is the fee simple title owner of all or that portion of said plat sought to be vacated.
Persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place above specified.
NOTICE UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (TITLE II)
