NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nuisance Abatement Board of Glades County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on Case No.: NAB: 26-01 on June 9, 2026, at 5:15 P.M. at the County Commissioners Chambers, 500 Avenue J, Moore Haven, FL 33471. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive evidence and make a decision on the imposition of Glades Countys costs of pursuing actions related to this case and the bringing of this case, including but not limited to, fines, attorneys fees and costs, administrative fees and costs, costs of correcting/removing the abatements and violations, and any other costs incurred by Glades County in Case No. NAB 26-01, and such further orders and judgments in this case as may be deemed proper, related to the real property owned by the Estate of William F. Steimle and his unknown heirs/beneficiaries, c/o William F. Steinle, Jr., located at 1023 7th Street, Okeechobee, FL 34974.
IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THE HEARING, THAT PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND HE/SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
