TOWN OF CROSS CITY, FLORIDA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CDBG CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES The Town of Cross City is advertising for Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified individuals or firms to provide Civil Engineering Services for the Towns Florida De-partment of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery Grant award (CDBG DR). The grant award is for a stormwater project.
