NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of DeLand will receive sealed proposals at the City Hall 2nd floor receptionist, 120 South Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, until 3:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026 and will open the submitted bids in the Commission Chambers, first floor, immediately following the submittal closing time for the following:
 
"BAY STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS"
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 P.M. on May 7, 2026 at the Utilities Admin. Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room - 1102 S Amelia Ave., DeLand, FL 32724
Proposals must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project technical specifications which may be obtained at the office of the City Hall, 120 S. Florida Avenue, DeLand, Florida, any time prior to the bid opening. Questions shall be directed to the office of the Purchasing Manager, Corey McMillen at 386-626-7078 or by email at mcmillenc@deland.org or Purchasing@deland.org.
