Date of Notice: April 21, 2026 and April 28, 2026

SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for HBS RTU REPLACEMENTS (Bid No. PROJ-26-073)

SUMMARY: Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to replace four (4) RTUs (Unit 11, 12, 13, and 14) at Halifax Health Behavioral Services. A copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire.

RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from the Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub.
