NOTICE
The Lee County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) is seeking qualified Attorneys and Appraisers to serve as Special Magistrates. All applicants must be computer literate and must qualify pursuant to Section 194.035, Florida Statutes and Section 12D-9.010, Florida Administrative Code. Applicants are hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the VAB may not request documentation of or consider an applicant's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the applicant would be a responsible Special Magistrate, and the VAB will not give preference to any applicant based on the applicant's social, political, or ideological interests.

Mail or email completed application, updated resume, letter of interest, copy of current license/proof of membership and two (2) current letters of reference (returning applicants are not required to provide letters of reference), by Tuesday June 30, 2026:
