Any party interested in acquiring said real property for purposes of redevelopment or rehabilitation is hereby notified that proposals to acquire said interest must be made and submitted in writing to the Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, Attention:  Jeremy Earle, Executive Director, 400 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009.  Further information as may be available regarding the foregoing may be reviewed or obtained at the Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, 400 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009.  Proposals must be in writing and received by the HBCRA no later than the close of business on the thirtieth (30th) day following the date of publication of this notice.  In the event that the HBCRA does not receive any proposals in response to this invitation to submit proposals or in the event that all proposals received by the HBCRA are rejected, the HBCRA reserves the right to seek, negotiate, and accept proposals deemed to be in the public interest from any other person or entity without further notice.
