LANDSCAPE &amp; IRRIGATION SERVICES
TOWN OF JUPITER ISLAND
The Town of Jupiter Island, FL, is soliciting proposals from contractors, for Landscape &amp; Irrigation Services for the Town of Jupiter Island located, in Hobe Sound, Florida.
Landscape services consist of general maintenance (mowing and trimming) and fertilization for lawn, shrub, ornamental plantings, and trees. Landscape maintenance services will be provided on seven (7) separate properties consisting of approximately 14 acres in total. Irrigation services consist of general maintenance, repair, and replacement of irrigation system components which serve to irrigate landscaped areas designated in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
All Bid packages must be delivered or mailed to: Town of Jupiter Island Town Clerk, 2 Bridge Road Hobe Sound, FL 33455, by no later than Friday, May 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. Sealed envelopes must be labeled on the outside of the envelope ITB 2026-04 TJI Landscape &amp; Irrigation Services.
