REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) 2026-3767 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for: LANGFORD PARK SEPTIC TO SEWER CONVERSION Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors to convert four (4) existing septic systems to municipal grinder sewer within the Langford Park facility in Jensen Beach. The project includes installation of 1-1/4- and 2-inch force mains by directional drilling, along with valves, fittings, and tie into existing force mains as shown on the construction drawings. Contractor will install four (4) duplex grinder stations including electric, gravity plumbing, service force main connections, and abandon existing septic tanks per Martin County Health Department requirements. General tasks include mobilization, traffic control, stakeout, site restoration, sodding, and preparation of record drawings. Sealed bids will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
