REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2026-3758 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed proposals for: DISASTER RECOVERY & RESILIENCY SERVICES Martin County is seeking proposals from capable and trained consultants to help define, support, and implement Disaster Recovery and Resiliency programs intended to reduce threats prior to events, during and immediately after an event, and to address damages so the County can reestablish full operation of its facilities as quickly and seamlessly as possible following a disaster. These programs may include services to assist with the facilitation of comprehensive disaster assistance applications, funding reimbursement activities, and management of state and federal disaster assistance grants. Sealed proposals will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The complete bid document may be downloaded from www.demandstar.com (online bidding site). Funds for services under this Agreement may be derived from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The successful Consultant and its subconsultants shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and FEMA requirements, as well as the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
