REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 2026-3761 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us In accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 287.055 Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), the Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, is soliciting Requests for Qualifications for: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE OPERATION & MANAGEMENT OF THE ST. LUCIE INLET (2027) (RE-BID) Martin County is seeking submittals from qualified firms for professional services related to the operation and management of the St. Lucie Inlet. This contract will consist of design, permitting, performing baseline environmental and engineering investigations and analysis, pre-project surveys, bid support, construction engineering inspection (CEI) services, and permit-required post-construction monitoring and surveys. Sealed bids will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
