REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 2026-3757 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us In accordance with the Brooks Act (40 U.S.C. 11011104) and applicable federal procurement requirements, the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County, Florida, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for: DISASTER RECOVERY ENGINEERING SERVICES Sealed bids will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The complete bid document may be downloaded from www.demandstar.com (online bidding site). Funds for services under this Agreement may be derived from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The successful Consultant and its subconsultants shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and FEMA requirements, as well as the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
