In accordance with the Brooks Act (40 U.S.C.  11011104), the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County, Florida, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for:
AVIATION PLANNING &amp; ENGINEERING SERVICES (RE-BID)
Sealed bids will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
The complete bid document may be downloaded from www.demandstar.com (online bidding site).
Some task orders issued under this Continuing Services Agreement may be funded, in whole or in part, with state and/or federal funds. All awarded Consultants and their subconsultants shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and funding requirements, including those of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), as applicable to each task order.
