Advertisement for Subcontractor Bids - Peacock Building Renovations Phase 2A (Interiors) ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS Peacock Building Renovations- Phase 2A (Interiors) The Morganti Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the Peacock BuildingRenovations- Phase 2A: Interior Finishes project located at 121 SW Port Saint Lucie Boulevard, Port Saint Lucie, FL. 33984. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager. The Bid Package and Bid Documents will be available via a secure link to pre-qualified bidders on or about Monday, April 13, 2026 by request to estimating@morganti.com. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: Interior finishes of 1st and 2nd Floors Sealed bids are due no later than Thursday, May 14, by 2:00pm, to The Morganti Group, Inc., 1662 North US HWY. 1. STE C, Jupiter FL, 33469. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids.
