NOTICE OF BID - PALM BEACH STATE COLLEGE NEW WOMEN'S BEACH VOLLEYBALL COMPLEX Pirtle Construction is the Construction Manager for Palm Beach State College on the New Women's Beach Volleyball Complex at the Lake Worth campus. Pirtle is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors. Pirtle encourages small businesses to participate. The project scope includes sitework, hardscapes, misc finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and beach volleyball equipment. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held onsite with a date and time determined later. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend. Bids will be due in early May 2026. Construction is scheduled to start in July 2026. Requests for information on the project, including access to drawings, specifications and bid packages can be emailed to preconstruction@pirtleconstruction.com. Pirtle reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and accept bids which are considered by Pirtle to be in the best interest of the project.
