INVITATION TO BID SCOPE OF BID: The Town of Manalapan is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for roadway improvements at the intersection of Lands End Road and Audubon Causeway. Bid submittals must be received by 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2026, in a sealed opaque envelope clearly labeled BID # 26-002: LER (Lands End Road) TRAFFIC AND PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT and delivered to: Town of Manalapan Clerks Office c/o Eric Marmer, Town Manager 600 South Ocean Blvd., Manalapan, Florida 33462 Copies of the bid package may be obtained from DemandStar at www.demandstar.com. DemandStar distributes the Towns bid packages through electronic download. Paper documents, including a description of the services desired may be requested at the Town of Manalapan, 600 South Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, Florida 33462 or by contacting Eric Marmer, Town Manager, at 561-383-2579 or emarmer@manalapan.org Proposals shall be prepared, addressed and submitted in compliance with the instructions set forth in the bid document instructions. The Town of Manalapan reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities, if deemed necessary in the Towns sole and absolute discretion.
