SCOPE OF BID: The Town of Manalapan is soliciting bids from interested and qualified bidders to remodel and reroof the Towns water plant office building. Bid submittals must be received by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 in a sealed opaque envelope clearly labeled BID # 26-001: REMODEL AND REROOF WATER PLANT OFFICE BUILDING and delivered to:

Proposals shall be prepared, addressed and submitted in compliance with the instructions set forth in the bid document instructions. The Town of Manalapan reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities, if deemed necessary in the Towns sole and absolute discretion.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
A mandatory pre-bid conference for this Invitation to Bid will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Friday, April 17, 2026. The conference will be held at the Town of Manalapan Water Plant located at, 7000 S Federal Highway, Hypoluxo, 33462.
