ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID CITY OF MARY ESTHER, FLORIDA BOULEVARD MEDIAN LANDSCAPE PROJECT General Notice The City of Mary Esther (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Mary Esther Boulevard Median Landscape Kimley-Horn Project Number: 142199005 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Mary Esther City Hall located at 195 N Christobal Road, Mary Esther, Florida 32569, until Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 3:00 pm Central Standard Time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Project is located along Mary Esther Boulevard between US Highway 98 and just north of Page Bacon Road. It involves the demolition and removal of existing landscape and soils within medians, installation of quality soils in the medians, installation of irrigation within medians and directional bore of irrigation sleeves between medians, installation of landscape, maintenance of traffic and best management practices for erosion control. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $487,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The City Clerk is the sole point of contact for any communication from bidders. Any questions must be submitted to the City Clerk through dmorris@cityofmaryesther.com. Questions timely submitted based on the solicitation schedule may be answered in a future addendum. Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 10:00 am Central Standard Time at the City of Mary Esther City Hall located at 195 N Christobal Road, Mary Esther Florida 32569. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
