NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS The City of Laurel Hill will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing: OLD EBENEZER WATERLINE REPLACEMENT Project is located in the City of Laurel Hill, Florida and consists of approximately 14,509 +/- LF of 6 PVC waterline installation with fittings and appurtenances. Plans and specifications can be obtained at LJA, 4300 Legendary Drive, Suite C280, Destin, FL 32541, (850) 446-4373. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. Completion date for this project will be 180 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $250.00 per day. Please indicate on the envelope that this is a sealed bid, for City of Laurel HillOld Ebenezer WaterlineReplacement Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. (CST), on May 8, 2026, at the City of Laurel Hill, 8209 Highway 85, Laurel Hill, FL 32567 and will be opened and read aloud at that time. Cost for printed Plans and Specifications will be $ 100.00 per set and is non- refundable. Checks should be made payable to LJA. The City Council reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the City of Laurel Hill.
