MASCI invites DBE, MBE & WBE subcontractors & suppliers to bid the following: City of Palatka: Palatka Municipal Airport Taxiway E Phase 1, Putnam County on Thursday, April 30, 2026. This includes survey, clearing, milling/paving, underground utilities, dewatering, airport striping/lighting, saw cutting, airport electrical, erosion control, and maintenance of traffic, hydroseeding, and sodding. Plans and specifications are available via email by request. Please submit your quotes in writing by Wednesday, April 22, 2026 to masciestimate@mascigc.com or Fax (386) 322-4600.
