INVITATION TO BID Project: Bay District Schools- Mosley High School New Softball Field House Childers Construction Company, (GCG45514), the Construction Manager for this project will receive SEALED BIDS until 2:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, May 12, 2026 at the office of Bay District Schools, 1311 Balboa Ave., Panama City, FL 32401. Bidders are advised to bring sealed bids directly to the office. Sealed electronic bids will be accepted per the specified procedure. Bids will be received for the following bid packages: Bid Package 02A Site Work Bid Package 03A Concrete Bid Package 04A Masonry Bid Package 05A Light Gauge Metal Trusses Bid Package 07A Roofing Bid Package 07B Spray Foam Insulation Bid Package 08A Doors & Hardware Bid Package 09A Drywall & Ceilings Bid Package 09B Flooring Bid Package 09C Painting Bid Package 10A Specialties Bid Package 15B Plumbing Bid Package 15C HVAC Bid Package 16A Electrical Childers Construction Company encourages MBWBE firms to prequalify for this project.
