REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES MISCELLANEOUS DISTRICT WIDE MINOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS The School District of Escambia County is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for the referenced project per State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), Chapter 4, and Florida Statute 1013.45(1)(c). Carefully review this Request for Qualifications, as it provides specific information necessary to aid participating firms in formulating a thorough response. Should you elect to participate, complete an original and required number of copies of the requested information and deliver submittals in a sealed box/envelope. Statement of qualifications, consisting of one (1) original, six (6) hard copies, and one (1) electronic copy shall be hand delivered and will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at the office of M.
