NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals to be filed with the Escambia County School District in the office of Facilities Planning, Room 158; 30 East Texar Drive, Pensacola, FL 32503, will be publicly opened and evaluated by the Escambia County School District in the Conference Room located in Facilities Planning on the date and times listed below for the construction of the following project: Indefinite Quantity Environmental Contracting Services  Specs are available from the office of Facilities Planning, contact Michelle McKee at 850-469-5652, or email mmckee4@ecsdfl.us: Bid Opening: May 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., local (central) time, at the office of Facilities Planning, Room 158, 30 East Texar Drive, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. Effective Sept. 1, 2005, the Contractor shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, FL Statute, by certifying that all of its officers, agents or employees who may have direct contact with students or who come onto school property while students are present have completed the background screening required by the referenced statutes, and meet the standards established thereby. Any bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids. Bid award recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents.
