RFP 8-2025/2026 Request for Proposals for Grants Evaluation Consultant NSF ATE Grant In compliance with Chapter 287.055, F.S., the District Board of Trustees of Pensacola State College, Florida, solicits sealed proposals for Grant Evaluation Consultant NSF ATE Grant. The complete Notice of the Request for Proposals is available at http://www.pensacolastate.edu/business-psc/ Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on May 7, 2026, at the Pensacola State College Barfield Administration Building No. 7, Room 737, 1000 College Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida 32504. Submissions must be clearly marked with the name of the firm and the RFP number. All questions regarding this RFP shall be directed to Clark Puckett, Director of Purchasing, at: purchasing@pensacolastate.edu. Contact with anyone else may result in rejection and/or disqualification. Official notice of final selection results will be posted electronically at the referenced site noted above. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), F.S. shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, F.S. Pensacola State College reserves the right to waive any informality in selection process when such waiver is in the best interest of the College and to reject any or all Proposals.
