NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDSBID #2526-15
The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing the following:
1. Fire Fighter Bunker Coat
2. Fire FighterPants with
Suspenders
3. Fire Fighter Boots
4. Fire Fighter Helmet
All materials and construction must meet or exceed National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards for structural Fire Fighter protective clothing.
Please place YOUR COMPANY NAME, SEALED BID, and the BID NUMBER on the outside of your envelope, including the original bid plus 3 copies.
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Gulf County Clerk's Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, and will be opened at the same location on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., E.T.
Bids may be submitted electronically through the County's online bidding platform at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/SignIn?redirect=/Category/10885/GulfCounty. Electronic bids must be received by the system prior to the bid deadline. The time recorded by the system shall be the official time of receipt. Late submissions will not be accepted. Paper-sealed bids may also be submitted to the Clerk's Office as described above.
Bid specifications are listed above. All bids shall remain firm for a period of six months after the opening. Any questions concerning this bid must be submitted to Matt Herring, Fire Coordinator at mherring@gulfcounty-fl.gov and a copy submitted to info@gulfclerk.com.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County.
