AMENDMENT NOTICE NO. 3 TO NATIONAL PUBLIC TENDER

Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Installation Project to Provide Primary and Secondary Frequency Regulation Services for the Punta Catalina Thermoelectric Power Plant (CTPC)
The Empresa de Generacin Elctrica Punta Catalina (EGEPC), S.A., , created pursuant to Law No. 365-22, hereby notifies all interested parties submitting proposals for the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Installation Project to Provide Primary and Secondary Frequency Regulation Services for the Punta Catalina Thermoelectric Power Plant (CTPC) that changes have been made to the schedule contained in the Amended Bidding Documents.
 
Accordingly, interested parties should consult Amendment No. 3 in the Transparency section of the institutional website at www.puntacatalina.com.do, for the preparation of their proposals.
Proposals will be received in sealed envelopes until Monday, June 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Dominican Republic time), at Empresa de Generacin Elctrica Punta Catalina (EGEPC), Procurement Management Office, Torre Mlaga VII, 4th Floor, Rafael Augusto Snchez Street No. 38, Ensanche Naco, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
