Professional Grant Administration Services
The City of Wauchula, Florida, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Professional Grant Administration Services for a federally-funded Community Development Block Grant  Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) infrastructure resiliency project involving the elevation and flood hardening of three (3) sanitary sewer lift stations.
The selected consultant will assist the City with administration and compliance activities associated with HUD-funded disaster recovery grant requirements, including but not limited to:
-	Environmental review coordination
-	Procurement compliance
-	Contract administration
-	Financial management services
-	Reimbursement preparation
-	Reporting requirements
-	Monitoring assistance
-	Recordkeeping and documentation
-	Project closeout
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with:
-	2 CFR Part 200
-	HUD CDBG-DR requirements
-	All applicable federal, state, and local laws
Minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, Section 3 businesses, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit qualifications.
