MG02: Post-Security Connector Demo, Reroof & Skylight Replacement at PBI
The MORGANTI Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the MG02: Post-Security Connector Demo, Reroof & Skylight Replacement Project at Palm Beach International Airport located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the Department of Airports. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Bid Package and Bid Documents will be available via a secure link and password to pre-qualified bidders on or about Monday, April 11, 2026 by request to estimating@morganti.com. All bidders must sign and return a non-disclosure agreement to The Morganti Group, Inc. for this project. This project is exempt from public records request in accordance with Florida Statute 119.071(3).
A non-mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 @ 2pm. Each bidder will be REQUIRED to attend a MANDATORY site visit based on trade scope. MANDATORY site visit for Cleaning, Demolition, Scaffolding and Temporary Wall bidders will be on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 @ 2pm. MANDATORY site visit for Gypsum Assemblies and MEPS bidders will be on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 @ 2pm. MANDATORY site visit for Roofing, Waterproofing and Skylight bidders will be on Thursday, June 4, 2026 @ 2pm. Meeting details will be provided to parties that have returned the non-disclosure agreement.
The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: Cleaning, Selective Demolition, Temporary Wall Systems, Scaffolding, Roofing, Waterproofing, Skylight Inspection, Engineering and Replacement, Gypsum Assemblies, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical (including Telecommunications, Video Surveillance and Fire Alarm)
Sealed bids are due no later than Tuesday, June 23, 2026 by 2:00pm, to the Palm Beach County Department of Airports, 846 Palm Beach International Airport, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of one hundred fifty (150) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids.
Interested parties are requested to send an email to estimating@morganti.com to request a pre-qualification package and non-disclosure agreement. Once completed, the pre-qualification questionnaire and non-disclosure agreement must be returned by email to estimating@morganti.com or delivered to The Morganti Group, Inc., at 1662 North U.S. Highway 1, Suite C, Jupiter, FL 33469, in order to receive a secure link to the bid documents.
