Notice of Bids INVITATION TO BID NO. 26-04 ON-SITE VEHICLES DETAIL CLEANING SERVICES (100% SEB SET-ASIDE) FOR THE JACKSONVILLE PORT AUTHORITY The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified and licensed company to provide all supervision, labor, material and equipment to perform ON-SITE VEHICLE DETAIL CLEANING SERVICES for approximately thirty-five (35) various fleet vehicles located at the Port Central Office Building (PCOB) and at the Security Operations Center (SOC). The Contractor must be able to perform on-site. To ensure all bidders are fully informed of the requirements for this contract, a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 9:00 AM (ET) on MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026 at Jacksonville Port Authority, Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, 1st Floor Boardroom, Jacksonville, FL 32206. An Optional Site Visit to view/inspect the vehicles at the Port Central Office Building (PCOB) will be held at 9:30 AM (ET) and the bus will depart for the Security Operations Center (SOC) at 10:00 AM (ET) on Monday, March 16, 2026. Bids will be received by the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) via Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder) Electronic Bid Submission until 2:00 PM (ET) on THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly via ZOOM Meeting under MEETING ID: 881 2659 1300 and PASSCODE NO: 620952.
