Sealed Bids will be received at the office of Brevard County Central Services/Purchasing, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, C-303, Viera, FL 32940 until 11am local time on March 12, 2026 for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 12, 2026 at 10AM @ 2250 Adamson Road, Cocoa, FL 32922 (Administrative Office).


Brief Scope of Work:


The Work is for construction of a new Class I landfill base liner system, covering approximately 52 acres, adjacent to an existing and actively operating solid waste disposal area at the Central Disposal Facility (CDF) located in Cocoa, Florida. The Work includes furnishing all labor, work, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, fees and services, incidentals, health and safety, and performing all work necessary to construct Cell 3 Class I landfill base liner system and all related components including all civil, electrical, mechanical and I&amp;C expansions and improvements as shown on the plans and as specified.
