TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of Robert Dwight LeMere, deceased, File Number 26-CP-94, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901; that the decedent's date of death was September 18, 2024; that the total value of the estate is $3,841.26 and that the name and address of to whom it has been assigned by such Order is Denise M. LeMere f/k/a Denise M. Mossey and Kimberly LeMere, whose address is 2832 Ridgeview Circle, Apt. A, Erie, Colorado 80516.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
The personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedents death by the decedent or the decedents surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act, as described in section 732.216732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is filed within the time provided by section 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
