YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, ejectment, and partition concerning the real property situated in Hernando County, Florida and is described as follows:
14251 Rialto Avenue, Brooksville, Florida 34613, being further described as follows:
Lot 6, Block 45, BROOKRIDGE COMMUNITY, UNIT 3, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 70, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida; bearing Parcel Identification No.: R27-222-18-1472-0045-0060.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1982 Hillcrest double-wide mobile home bearing Identification Nos.: 02630297AR and 02630297BR, and Title Nos.: 22143425 and 22143424.
(“Subject Property”); has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Karen E. Leonardo, Esq., plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 10002 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill, Florida, on or before June 22, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
