YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to real property in the Circuit Court in Nassau County, Florida styled as Case No.: 2026-CA-000015, FLA TRUST SERVICES LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as Trustee of Florida Land Trust NO INGLE RD v. Kathryn S. Hunter, et. al., to the property described as:
Lot 6, DEEP CREEK PLANTATION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 239, Public Records of Nassau County, Florida.
A/K/A 0 Ingle Road Bryceville, FL 32009
has been filed by FLA TRUST SERVICES LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as Trustee of FLORIDA LAND TRUST NO INGLE RD, Plaintiff, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any, to it on William S. Frazier, 1919-8 Blanding Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32210, 904-384-1441 on or before 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on said Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default and judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
