NOTICE OF FORFEITURE CASE NO.: CACE26-005564 (14) IN RE: FORFEITURE OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE AND 00/100 IN UNITED STATES CURRENCY ($25,579.00) ______________________________/ TO: JASON JAVIER PITILLO and all others asserting a claim or interest in the above-described property. The City of Hollywood, Florida seized the above-described $25,579.00 in United States currency, on the 3rd day of March 2026 and continues to hold same and has filed this matter before the Honorable Hunter Davis, of the Circuit Court, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, for the purpose of applying for final order of forfeiture. The Honorable Court will determine why the above-described property should not be forfeited to the use of, or sold by the City of Hollywood, Florida and upon producing due proof that same was used in violation of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Florida Statutes, 932.701-932.7062. Should no one assert an interest in the above-described property or file responsible pleadings within twenty (20) days from service of the Order of Probable Cause, the City of Hollywood will move for a Clerks default along with any other available alternative relief and petition for a final order of forfeiture.
