NOTICE OF FORFEITURE CASE NO.: CACE26-001637 (12) IN RE: FORFEITURE OF 2023 HONDA ACCORD, VIN #: 1HGCY1F38PA042886 ___________________________/ TO: ROGER LEE WALTERS and all others asserting a claim or interest in the above-described property. The City of Hollywood, Florida seized the above-described 2023 Honda Accord, VIN #: 1HGCY1F38PA042886, on the 9th day of January 2026 and continues to hold same and has filed this matter before the Honorable Keathan B. Frink, of the Circuit Court, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, for the purpose of applying for final order of forfeiture. The Honorable Court will determine why the above-described property should not be forfeited to the use of, or sold by the City of Hollywood, Florida and upon producing due proof that same was used in violation of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Florida Statutes, 932.701-932.7062. Should no one assert an interest in the above-described property or file responsible pleadings within twenty (20) days from service of the Order of Probable Cause, the City of Hollywood will move for a Clerks default along with any other available alternative relief and petition for a final order of forfeiture.
