YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights Pending Adoption: In the Matter of the Termination of Parental Rights for the Proposed Adoption of a Minor Child has been filed by the Law Office of Summer Boyd, Esquire on behalf of Petitioner Elizabeth Rowe. A response must be filed by you on or before June 1, 2026 with the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Duval County, 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. You are required to serve a copy of your response on the attorney for the Petitioner, Summer N. Boyd, Esquire, 10151 Deerwood Park Blvd., Bldg. 200, Suite 250, Jacksonville, Florida 32256.
