NICHOLS, ESQUIRE, ATTORNEY FOR THE PETITIONER, Danielle Symone Jaques, whose address is 630 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073 and/or 476 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32202 on or before 6/15/2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Duval County Clerk of Court, Attn: Family Law, 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, before service on the Petitioners or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a Default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Courts office. You may review these documents upon request.
