THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING, AND BEING IN DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
Tract 2 and Tract 4 and the Easterly 150.0 feet of the Southerly 291.06 feet of Tract 5, Peninsular Life Insurance Companys Replat No. 1, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 3, of the current Public Records of Duval County, Florida; EXCEPT the West 150 feet of Tract 2.
