YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for breach of contract has been filed against you in the County Court of the Ninthe Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff, TABLE TOP CATERING, LLC, c/o Cindy Duque Bonilla, Esquire, whose address is: Holland & Knight LLP, 200 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 2600, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before 30 days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 425 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801, either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter. IF you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Orlando Sentinel and the Osceola News-Gazette, newspapers of general circulation published in Orange County, Florida and Osceola County, Florida, respectively, in accordance with Florida Statutes 49.011, 48.08, and 49.10.
